What we collect, and why

Contact form

Name, email address, telephone, model concerned and message. Used to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your request. Retention: three years after the last exchange.

Dealer account

Identity, company, contact details and order history. Used to perform the distribution agreement. Legal basis: the contract. Retention: the duration of the relationship, then five years.

After-sales file

Serial number, fault description, photographs and invoices. Used to handle warranty and repair. Legal basis: the contract and our legal obligations. Retention: ten years, the parts availability period.

Audience measurement

Pages viewed and referral source, through Google Analytics, only if you consent. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: thirteen months.

Who else has access

Our authorised dealers, for the files that concern them only. Our host OVH, in France. Our management and invoicing tool Axonaut. Our email delivery service. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

Transfers outside the European Union

Your data is hosted in France. Only audience measurement, if you have accepted it, involves a transfer to Google, governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise them, write to info@poseidon-yachting.com: we reply within one month.
